To establish throughout Tasmania groups of women, who desire to assist in the promotion of quality of life in rural and urban areas, social issues, care for the environment, cultural activities and home management. 2. Other popular CWA activities are handcraft and home industries and choral and drama performances. Interested members meet for regular get togethers and functions within the CWA regional groups and CWA also operates a number of popular gift shops and market stalls. The annual subscription is $10.00 and the first edition of the year is February. The deadline for copy for the newsletter is the 10th of the month and should be forwarded to the State Office by post, email or fax.
